In the 1900 census, he was Bernard Mousso. His occupation was express agent.

He’s a widower in the 1920 census. He’s a deputy sheriff for the county.

His death certificate says he was deputy sheriff and his address was 5016 Newton, the same address as the informant, Mrs. C. R. Brown. He was a widower of Mary. (Ellen was his second wife so it is likely that Mrs. Brown is one of the daughters of Mary Gavin and Barney.)

He died of arteriosclerosis.

In the 1910 census, as Charles W Mouseaux, he and Rose live in Minneapolis. Charles is a shoe buyer. They have no children.

His death certificate shows that he was a shoe salesman. He died of intestinal TB. The informant for his death certificate was Marie Mousseau.

Registered for the draft as Martin Mitchell Mousso on September 12, 1918. He and his wife Emma lived at 1400 Albemarle St., St. Paul. He was an auto mechanic. He was described as short and of medium build with blue eyes and brown hair.

In the 1920 census, as Martin Mousso, he and his family live at 1400 Albemarle Street in St. Paul. Martin is an auto mechanic in a machine shop.
