  Notes	Both of Frank’s parents were born in French Canada. In the 1900 census, he and his parents and siblings lived in Covington Twp, Baraga County, Michigan. He had a younger brother Alic who may have been his employer in the draft registration. Frank registered for the draft on June 5, 1917, in Minneapolis. He was single and was employed as an electrician by Alec Robillard of Minneapolis. He listed father, mother and brother as dependent upon him for support. He gave his permanent address as 3632 Hiawatha in south Minneapolis. He was described as of medium height and build with brown eyes and brown hair. He was born in Michigan, perhaps Ishpeming. In the 1920 census (as Rolillard), Frank was single and was living with his parents and younger siblings at 3632 Hiawatha Avenue in south Minneapolis. Frank was an electrician. In the 1929 Minneapolis city directory, he was an electrician for Electric Magneto Co. and lived at 2915 E 38th Street. The Robillards, with three of Marie’s four children from her previous marriage, lived at 2915 E. 38th Street in Minneapolis at the time of the 1930 census. In the 1941 Minneapolis city directory, he was an electrician for Fowler Electric. He and Marie lived at 2937 Grand Avenue. His step-daughter, Marie Richardson, was the informant for his death certificate. He had been an electrician for Fowler Electric. Frank died from dehydration and senility.
