In the 1905 Omaha city directory, she lives with her parents at 3805 Q and is employed as a clerk.
In the 1910 census, she had had one child, one still living.
She died between 1935 and 1940.
Her obit, published June 26, 1937, in the Omaha World-Herald:
Mrs. Adoline Strawhecker, 53, wife of Leon L. Strawhecker, died Thursday night at her home, 4211 William Street, after a year’s illness. In Omaha 45 years, she had been active in the Holy Cross parish. She was a member of the St. Clare fraternity of the Third Order of St. Francis, the auxiliary of the Good Shepherd, the altar society and the church study club. She was a charter member of the Catholic Home for the Aged society.
Surviving are her husband, a son J. Lesle Strawhecker of Omaha, her father, John H. Augustine, and brother, Frank C. Augustine, both of Minneapolis, Minn., a half brother, John P. Schneider, Milwaukee.
The funeral will be this morning at 10 from the Hoffman chapel at 10 to Holy Cross church at 10:30. Burial will be in St. Mary Magdalene cemetery.
