| Notes |
- In the 1900 census he was Ole Mikkelson, a railroad section hand living with his family in Blue Earth, Faribault County, Minnesota. He came to the U.S. in 1853.
In the 1910 census he was Ole Michaelson, a building laborer living with his family in Minneapolis.
The informant for his death certificate was his son-in-law-to-be (and perhaps then just Ole’s neighbor), John A Walstrom of 3731 23rd Avenue South in Minneapolis. This is the same address as Ole’s location of death. According to his death certificate, Ole was a common laborer and had been in Minneapolis for 60 years. He died from a strep infection of the skin of his head and face brought about by meningitis.
