  Notes	Christian Hougen, 91, formerly of Rt. 2, Reedsville, died Tuesday at Holy Family Extended Care Facility, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Rev. Carl Peters will officiate with burial in Our Savior Cemetery, Valders. Mr. Hougen was born July 23, 1884, in the Town of Liberty, son of the late Thorval and Julia Berge Hougen. He attended Liberty schools and was a farmer all his life. He married Etta Torrison Oct. 19, 1910, at Valders. She preceded him in death. Survivors include a son Alton of Rt. 2, Reedsville; two daughters, Mrs. Ted (Ellen) Bieberitz, of Valders and Mrs. Lloyd (Verna Mae) Voigt, of Manitowoc; four sisters, Mrs. Jessie (Minnie) Flemming, of Frederick, Okla., Mrs. Mabel DeVall of the state of Washington, Mrs. Nora Torrison, of Manitowoc, Mrs. Henry (Gladys) Miller, of Milwaukee; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Three sons, four brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
