In the 1924 Minneapolis city directory, she is Beatrice E Ellingboe, a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell Telephone Co, rooming at 2401 Clinton Avenue. She died from TB and peritonitis. She had contracted the TB in St. Cloud which was also her usual residence. She had had an operation that preceded her death. The informant for her death certificate was Thomas Ellingboe, her father.
