Harvey Nov. 5, 1954 in Sioux Falls. She was a longtime resident of Hutchinson where she was the oldest living member of Emanual Lutheran Church, member and former matron of the Order of the Eastern Star Silver Leaf Chapter 464, and a clerk at the Social Security Office.  Elaine is survived by her daughter, Nancy Bowie (Bruce) of Ellsworth; granddaughter, Kandice Choitz (Darrin) of Ellsworth; granddaughter, Kaydee Bowie of Ellsworth; great-granddaughter, Kristin Ann Choitz of Ellsworth, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman; two brothers and two sisters.
