Survivors include his sons Cal, St. Petersburg, FL and Jotham, Bonita Springs, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay; one brother, Joe Foelgner, Jr.; and two sisters, Ida Fanshier and Vera Mulder.
