  Notes	Elaine Adelle Larson was born January 16, 1921 to L.B. and Laura (Straefer) Larson at Ray. She was reared there and graduated from Ray High School in 1938. On February 19, 1940, she was united in marriage to Claude V. Soine at Seattle, Washington, where they made their home for a short time. They made their home in Fort Peck, Montana, Ray and Corinth before moving to Wildrose in December 1944. Adelle was employed as a bookkeeper for Farmers Union Oil Company at Wildrose, where her husband served as manager. She retired in 1983. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church Wildrose American Legion Auxiliary and was active in community affairs. Mrs. Soine is survived by her husband, Claude Soine, of Wildrose; five children, Terry Soine of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Judy Halgrimson of Minot, Jane Soine of Carbondale, Colorado, Nancy Kahl of Bismarck, David Soine of Bremerton, Washington; eleven grandchildren; two sisters, Viola Sullwold of Wayzata, Minnesota, Ione Anderson of Minneapolis; and one brother, Gerald Larson, of Santa Rosa, California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and one brother. Mrs. Claude (Adelle) Soine died Monday evening, April 14, 1986 at Mercy Hospital in Williston at the age of 65 years, 2 months and 28 days.
