  Notes	In the 1801 census he is probably the Gulbrand Nielssen, age 2, son of Niels Gulbrandsen, 44, and Kari Erichsdotter, 30, living on Raabøle, Hægge annex, in Slidre. Super Mega, as well as jrtelander, says he was born 11 Jul 1779 in Øystre Slidre and died there on 27 Jan 1862. His parents were Niels Gulbrandsen Hedalen (1749-1815) and Guri Hansdatter (1752-?). That family lived on Hedalen in Hægge in Slidre in the 1801 census. Niels was a husmann med jord. Gulbrand was a soldier.
