  Notes	Came to the U.S. in 1885 according to a rootsweb entry. She married Ole Christoferson in Minneapolis and four children with him before he died in 1899. She then married Halvor Ormbreck. They moved to “the Flom community” in Norman County in northwestern Minnesota and had two children (Halvor Ormbreck had seven children from an earlier marriage). An Oscar Bernhard Ormbreck, b. 9 Jun 1893 in Minneapolis, claimed Mrs. Maret Ormbreck as his mother in a job application to the Northern Pacific Railroad in 1943. He claimed Edward Alfred Ormbreck was his brother. In the 1910 census, she had had six children, five still living. In the 1920 census, she was a widow in Ulen Village, Clay County, Minnesota. Living with her were her five children, Christ, Oscar, Alfred, Hertha, and Ingeborg. In the 1930 and 1940 censuses, she was still in Ulen, living with Oscar and Alfred.
