Owner of Color Key Paint and Wallpaper Store on Grand Avenue, St. Paul. One of the founders of the Grand Avenue Business Association. He was instrumental in the start of the Grand Old Days Celebration. He served as chairperson for St. Paul and Southeast MN Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis Society. Named Man of the Year by St. Paul Commercial Club. Resided in AZ from 1980 to 2000, then moved to Pismo Beach, CA in 2002. Named Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce Goodwill Ambassador of the Year and Goodwill Ambassador of the Year by the State of CA. Graveside service Thursday 3/10/05 at 2 PM, assembly area #4 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
