  Notes	Living with his mother, as Valtor, in the 1905 state census. In the 1910 census he and his brother Baldur are roomers in Minneapolis at 320 Cedar Avenue. Both men are laborers. In the 1920 census, he is a farm laborer on his brother Balder’s farm in Kandiyohi County. In the 1930 census, Walter was a lodger with a family in south Minneapolis. He was a salesman in the groceries business. Walter died of tuberculosis. At his death he was a single man who was a clerk in a grocery store. He lived at 736 East Franklin and had lived in Minneapolis all of his life. His brother Nordahl was the informant for his death certificate.
