  Notes	Her farm name in her confirmation record is hard to read. It appears to be Tron something aune. Marie died from a coronary occlusion. According to the 1900 census, she came to the U.S. in 1874. In the 1890-1891 city directory, she is probably the Mary Aune, dressmaker, who boards at 2230 W Michigan. In he 1891-1892 Duluth city directory, she is Miss Mary Aune, dressmaker, who lives and works at 2230 W Michigan. In the 1892-1893 city directory, she is Miss Mary Aune, dressmaker, at 2302 W Michigan and “bds same.” In the 1893-1894 city directory, she is Mary Aune, dressmaker, who works at 2103 W Superior and lives at 2302 W Michigan. In the 1894-1895 Duluth city directory, she may be the Mary Orfald, “dressmaker Mary Aune” who lives at 2203 W Michigan. In that same directory, she is also listed as Mary Aune, dressmaker, who boards at 2302 W Michigan. In the 1897-1898 Duluth city directory, she may be Mary Aune, dressmaker, who boards at 1918 W 2nd. But that entry may also be for her niece.
