Born Dec. 19, 1892, in Bay City, Mich., daughter of Gustaf and Amelia Quast Wolter. Married Charles W. Harder in Iowa, Oct. 2, 1960; he died in Rockford, Nov. 9, 1971. Member Trinity Lutheran Church, Order of the Eastern Star Forest City chapter 590 and White Shrine. Survivors include nephew, William (Jeanne) Schoppe; their Diane Schoppe. Predeceased by two husbands, two brothers, and two sisters NOTE: Amanda and Carl raised their nephew, William and when he turned 18 they adopted him.
