In the 1900 census she is probably the Betsy Ellingboe, age 21, born Apr 1879, who is a servant with a family in Stoneham Twp, Chippewa County.
She is the 30 year-old single Bertha living with her brother T. A. and their younger siblings in the 1910 census.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 1996, in Hoodland Lutheran Church in Zigzag for Jeffrey Robert Taylor, who died Jan. 9 of complications related to surgery for a brain tumor. He was 41.
Mr. Taylor was born in Portland and graduated from Sam Barlow High School in 1972. He attended Mt. Hood Community College and graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1976. He worked for the Census Bureau and later received a master's degree and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.
In 1989 he returned to Oregon and taught economics at Willamette University. He returned to Washington, D.C., in 1990 and worked as an economist for the International Monetary Fund.
Surviving are his wife, Karen of Fairfax, Va.; sons, Alexander and Luke, both of Fairfax; parents, Robert Taylor of Portland and Patricia Brown of Rhododendron; brothers, Joseph and Daniel, both of Gresham, and Christopher of Portland; and sisters, Kathleen Taylor, Rebecca McGovern and Rachel Brown, all of Portland.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2002, in First United Methodist Church in Newberg for Vera LaVonne Soine, who died July 12 at age 83.
Vera Lavonne Bagley was born Oct. 7, 1918, in Lima, Mont. She moved to Newberg in 1946 and was a nurse in her husband's medical office. She married Dr. Tyler Soine in 1946; he died in 1992.

A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Monday at Gable & Parkrose Funeral Chapel in Portland for former Vancouver resident Craig Duane Fletcher, who committed suicide Wednesday, Aug. 19, 1998, at his home in Portland. He was 49.
Mr. Fletcher was born Aug. 23, 1948, in Vancouver and graduated from Parkrose High School in Portland in 1966. He had worked as a parts manager for Vic Alfonso for the last eight years and for Lyman Slack Chevrolet for 20 years prior to that.
Survivors include one son, Ryan, of Portland; one daughter, Sarah Fletcher of Portland; his father, Ken Fletcher of Vancouver; one brother Chris of Vancouver; one sister Susan Fletcher of Washougal; and his former wife, Shirley Fletcher of Portland.
