The 1910 census says Dollie or Dottie. In that census, her father was born in Michigan, her mother in Minnesota.
The maiden name of Cuthbert comes from the entry on Emma Mae’s death certificate.
Buried as 61 year-old Dolly Christy.
Dolly (as Sarah) and her husband Arthur lived next door to her parents in the 1900 census.
An article in the Tribune on March 21, 1914, describes a search for Dolly Christy, wife of George Christy of 1519 Park Avenue, who had been missing from her home for five days.
She is probably the 32 year-old Dollie living with her apparent husband, Fred Bungert, in Omaha at the time of the 1920 census. Living with them was E. Ernest Christy, 17, “step-son.” The Dollie living with Bungert was born in Minnesota to a father born in Kansas and a mother in Pennsylvania. Fred was a cattle buyer.
Fred and Dollie Bungert live in Minneapolis in the 1930 census with their (his? her?) 15 year-old son Joseph. That Dollie is still shown as born in Minnesota to father born in Kansas and a mother born in Pennsylvania. They live at 1825½ Minnehaha Avenue in south Minneapolis.
She died as the widow of George Arthur Christy at her home, 406 E 15th Street in Minneapolis. The informant for her death certificate was Ernest E Christy of 5545 36th Avenue S. She died from stomach cancer. | CUTHBERT, Dollie (Sarah) (I179)
