The 1875 Norwegian census includes her son but with no name.

A Berit T. Ellingbö was a baptismal sponsor for Berit Andersdatter Ellingbö, b. 22 Jan 1895.

In the 1900 Norwegian census, she was unmarried and living on her brother Ole’s Ellingbø farm.

In the 1910 Norwegian census, as Berit Torleivsdatter Skøre, she was unmarried and living on a portion of Skøre 34/1. Her occupation was “arbeiderske, kreaturstel for andre, væving og spindling.”

The 1880 census has her as age 35. The 1895 state census has her as age 49. The 1900 census has her as age 54, b. Mar 1846.

Several trees say she was born 6 Mar 1846 in Vang. There were no Mariths born in Vang in March of 1846.

We don’t know who Tosten Olsen’s wife was. The one presumed by Carole H was still in Norway in 1869.

This Marit’s 1903 death record says her parents were Tosten Söndrol and Marit.

In the 1910 census, he was a farmer in Waumandee Twp, Buffalo County, Wisconsin. He owned his farm with a mortgage.

Jöns and Margareta lived first in Tramsta, Lockne and moved to Vamsta, Brunflo in November of 1882. They first appeared in the Wamsta (No. 3) Household Examination in 1883.

In August or early September of 1948 Märta and Jonas and Rudolph moved into Milltown.

In the 1950 census, she, as Martha G., and her son, as John R., live in Milltown, Wisconsin. Neither has an occupation.

She sold her house in Milltown in 1952.

Lived with her daughters in Minneapolis the last few years of her life. She lived with Ed and Ann in the summer of 1954.
