Roy Broman passed away on May 7, 2010 at St. John Hospital in Detroit. He was born on March 5, 1924 in Detroit; son of Oscar and Serafia (nee Erickson) Broman. He was a beloved brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his children Ruth Engle, Lois Maurer, Barbara Untch (Richard), John Broman (Dorothea), Pat Slaven, and Amy Warren (Jim). He leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends. Roy Burton “Bud” Hutton Jr. was born on June 3rd, 1931 to Alice (Hansen) and Roy Hutton. He died at the age of 84 years on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the St. Anthony Medical Center in Lakewood, Colorado. He attended Towner elementary, Towner High School and graduated in 1949. He attended NDSU and graduated 1953. Member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and played freshmen football. He was commissioned in the Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force and served 4 years.
When he was in the Air Force, he married his hometown sweetheart, Marilyn Kidder. They welcomed their first born, Alice-Arlene “Tudy” Hutton Krom while stationed at Fitzsimons in Denver, Colorado.
Bud and Marilyn decided at the end of his tour with the Air Force to come back home to raise their family and start a business. They purchased Towner Lumber Yard during this time and had two more children, Mark and Marilee. They sold the lumber yard in 1971 and purchased TH Vickars Company in 1969 which became Hutton Contracting Company.
Bud leaves his beloved wife of 61 years of marriage, Marilyn. Children, Tudy Krom and husband Tom, Mark Hutton and wife June and Marilee Hutton Clark. His Grandchildren, Kristi Krom and husband Cody, Matt Krom and wife Daley, Kaylee Krom and fiancé’ Nick Kloster, Abby Hutton and Isabella Clark. He has three great grandchildren, Zephaniah and Zeplin Krom and Ely Spanier. His brother William “Bill” Hutton and wife Molly, his sister Carol Spilde and husband Warren and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Roy James Graham, 83, of Side Lake, and formerly of Hibbing, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at the Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi in Hibbing.
Roy was born on Nov. 14, 1922, to Joseph and Martha (Vetters) Graham in Hibbing. He grew up in Hibbing and attended school there. Following his schooling, he started working for the Oliver Mining Company. During that time, he enlisted in the Army where he served during World War II and received an honorable discharge. Returning from the Army, he married Joyce Mannila in Hibbing and started work for U.S. Steel where he retired after 38 years of service. He was a very accomplished ham radio operator. He loved his family and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by two sons, Jerry (Peggy) Graham, Hibbing, and Rodney (Patricia) Graham, Cherry; four grandchildren, Carolyn Graham, Bellevue, Wash., David Graham, Hibbing, and Andrew Graham and Crystal Graham, both of Cherry; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce in 1990; his parents; and two brothers.
Funeral: Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at the Range Funeral Home in Hibbing with the Rev. Erik Holleque officiating.
Visitation: Will be for an hour before the funeral service Thursday at the funeral home.

Roy Linden Anderson, 101, of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at GracePointe Crossing Gables East.
He was born on November 9, 1914 at the farm in Springvale Township, MN to Wilmer and Emma (Erickson) Anderson. Roy grew up attending country school and later graduated from Cambridge High School. He joined the U.S. Navy, served during World War II and was an an aircraft mechanic while stationed in Pensacola, Florida.
He was united in marriage to Eleanor Lindquist on June 29, 1940. To this union a son David was born in March 1943. Eleanor and David would join Roy in Pensacola while he finished his duty in the Navy. While in Florida they met their very special friends Bill and Janie Barnum and family. They have visited the Barnums in Canandaigua, NY several times and stayed in touch for many years. Roy and Eleanor were called Uncle Andy and Aunt Eleanor by the Barnums, and even though Bill and Janie are gone now, their children always remembered them at special times during the year. After Roy’s discharge from the Navy, the family would return to buy a home in Cambridge. Roy and Eleanor lived in the same home from 1946 until Eleanor passed in March 2013. Roy remained another year before moving.
Roy worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years and worked for PCI constructing highways and roads. Roy lived a long and healthy life, was a longtime member of Cambridge Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Eleanor and six siblings. Roy is survived by his son David and wife Chris Anderson of Fridley, as well as several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. | ANDERSON, Roy Linden (I27999)
