14981 Married Sherman Ellingboe as Sharon Resch.

Sharon Ellingboe, 67, of Pengilly, died Friday June 25, 2010, in her home in Zimmerman, Minn.

She was born on Nov. 17, 1942, to Anton and Joan (Markfelder) Resch in Staples, Minn. She had been a resident of Pengilly for the past 15 years, coming from Anoka, Minn.

She was employed with Customer Service for H.B. Fuller. Sharon was a member of the Nashwauk Lutheran Church, and the East Side Neighbors of Pengilly. She enjoyed playing cribbage, sewing, painting and crafts. She loved her soaps, video games and her pets a great deal.

She is survived by her eight children: John (Jacky) Lilienkamp of Anoka, Minn., Carl Lilienkamp and Kathy (Curt) Lilienkamp of Zimmerman, Minn., Jeff (Andrea) Ellingboe of Zimmerman, Minn., Steve Ellingboe of Anoka, Minn., Denise (Bob) Theis of Zimmerman, Minn., Janelle (Jeff) Dickenson of Coon Rapids, Minn., and Patti Ellingboe of Anoka Minn.; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mike (Sue) Resch of Pengilly and Butch (Mick) Resch of Ely; numerous nieces and nephews; and Tom & Jerry, “the kitties.”

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Joan (Markfelder) Resch; and her husband Sherman Ellingboe in January of 2010.

Interment will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Goodland.

Lived in Chicago at the time of his mother’s death in December of 1945.

He died from a coronary occlusion. His usual occupation was merchant. The informant for his death certificate was Mrs. Hettie Craddock. Hettie was his last wife and is the wife he was buried with.

He was the manager of a Red Eye Hut “head shop” in Ontario, Oregon, in February of 2003 when he was indicted by a federal grand jury for the illegal sale of drug paraphernalia.

In 2022, he was an inmate at the Malheur County, Oregon, Correctional Facility in Vale, Oregon. He committed a “misdemeanor/felony under Federal Jurisdiction.”

In April of 2023, he was appointed executor of his mother’s estate.

His last LinkedIn had him as a warehouseman for Americold Logistics in Ontario, Oregon.

Sophie Langevin, 744 Short Street, died suddenly at home Wednesday. She was 77.

Mrs. Langevin was born April 10, 1900 in West Superior, Wisconsin and came to Watson, Sask. in 1905 {date is not clear}. She lived for a time in Naicam, Sask. before coming to Trail 36 years ago.

She is survived by five sons, George and Kenneth, both of Langley, and Harvey, Edward, and Ralph all of Trail; 17 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchilden; a brother Carl Johnson of Calgary; a sister Mrs. Emma Vittale of Surrey; John McGuiness of Trail. She was predeceased by her husband Henry, two sons Theodore and Lee and a daughter Evylin.

Funeral services will be conducted from Carberry’s Memorial Chapel Saturday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Campbell Smyth officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.

Floral tributes are gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be made to the B.C. Heart Fund, Box 310, Trail.

DeLoris L. "Dee" Johnson, 83 of Barnesville, Minnesota died Monday in the Barnesville Good Samaritan Society.

Dee, daughter of Julius and Emma (Nelson) Anderson, was born May 11, 1925 in Fargo. She lived with her family in rural Moorhead where she grew to womanhood. She attended Oak Mound School in rural Kragnes and later Moorhead High School where she graduated in 1942. She attended Interstate Business College of Fargo where she studied secretarial skills and business. She married Donald Barth in 1947. They made their home in rural Sabin where she worked for the Fargo National Bank from 1943-1948 and the First National Bank, Moorhead from 1962-1971. She married Conrad LeRoy "Lee" Johnson on February 21, 1970 in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Barnesville. They made their home in Barnesville where they raised their family. Dee joined the First National Bank of Barnesville in 1971 where she served as an officer and member of the Board of Directors until her retirement in 1988. They continued to live in Barnesville and for many years wintered in South Padre Island, Texas. Dee became a resident of the Good Samaritan Society, Barnesville in February of this year. Lee died in March. Dee continued to live at the Good Samaritan Society until the time of her death. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Barnesville and the Rachel Circle. She was also a member of the V.F.W Auxiliary and the American Auxiliary both of Barnesville. Dee loved her summers on Pelican Lake and her winters on South Padre Island. She and Lee enjoyed many great Canadian fishing trips with friends. She also enjoyed their friends at their Friday night gatherings. Above all, Dee loved her role as wife and mother, and her family was everything to her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lee; two sisters, Loraine Haack and Mabel Wambach; Five brothers, Arnold, Melvin, Harold, John and one brother who died in infancy.
