  Notes	The bygdebok, Vang A, p. 829, has her having a son Knut in 1869 with Knut Guttormsson Oldre. The Vang church records confirm this. The unmarried Marit Tostensdatter Söndrol, b. 1845, and the unmarried Knud Guttormsen Oldre, b. 1848, were the parents of Knud Knudsen who was born 2 Dec 1869 and was baptized 13 March 1870. It was the first instance or leirmaal for the pair. The baptismal sponsors for the child were Ole Nielsen Kattevold, Iver Olsen Söndrol-eie, Einar Iversen Söndrol, Sigrid Olsdatter Kattevold, and Randi Tostensdatter Söndrol. Carole H’s write-up for the Norway Lake church indicates that the Marit who married Tosten Olson Quamme came to the U.S. in 1865 and married him in 1867. But that doesn’t work for this Marit. So we don’t know who the Marit was who married Tosten Olson Quamme in Minnesota.
