16275 Ross, Thelma Adelia (Soine) at 100 years old, went to be with Jesus on January 21, 2015. She was born on November 10, 1914, to Thrond and Annie Soine in Iron, MN. She grew up in northern MN, graduated from Barnesville High School and Virginia Junior College. She met and married Arnold Ross in Iron, MN on September 9, 1939. She worked as a medical secretary in the Twin Cities for over 40 years. She was a charter member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Edina, MN and was involved in many volunteer activities there. Thelma had a good word to say about everyone and always had a positive attitude. She loved chocolate, playing scrabble, cards with friends, being 100% Norwegian, and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Arnold (Barney) Ross; parents Thrond and Annie; brothers, Tyler, Lloyd, Olaf, Glenn; and sister, Luella Nelson. She is survived by daughter Marilynn (Richard) Fallstrom, and son, Robert (Paula) Ross; grandchildren, Christopher (Karen) Fallstrom, Michelle Yankey, Anne (Chad) Smith, Michael (Kay) Ross, Dustin (Renae) Ross; 10 great-grand-children, plus nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Wed., Jan. 28th at Shepherd of the Hills 500 Blake Road in Edina. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Tues., Jan. 27th at Washburn-McReavy Strobeck Johnson Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Ft. 16279 Roy Broman passed away on May 7, 2010 at St. John Hospital in Detroit. He was born on March 5, 1924 in Detroit; son of Oscar and Serafia (nee Erickson) Broman. He was a beloved brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his children Ruth Engle, Lois Maurer, Barbara Untch (Richard), John Broman (Dorothea), Pat Slaven, and Amy Warren (Jim). He leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends. He was preceeded in death by wife Charlotte, wife Gwendalyn, and friend Marge BROMAN, Roy Reinhold (I34197)
 
16280 Roy James Graham, 83, of Side Lake, and formerly of Hibbing, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at the Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi in Hibbing.

Roy was born on Nov. 14, 1922, to Joseph and Martha (Vetters) Graham in Hibbing. He grew up in Hibbing and attended school there. Following his schooling, he started working for the Oliver Mining Company. During that time, he enlisted in the Army where he served during World War II and received an honorable discharge. Returning from the Army, he married Joyce Mannila in Hibbing and started work for U.S. Steel where he retired after 38 years of service. He was a very accomplished ham radio operator. He loved his family and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by two sons, Jerry (Peggy) Graham, Hibbing, and Rodney (Patricia) Graham, Cherry; four grandchildren, Carolyn Graham, Bellevue, Wash., David Graham, Hibbing, and Andrew Graham and Crystal Graham, both of Cherry; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce in 1990; his parents; and two brothers.

Funeral: Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at the Range Funeral Home in Hibbing with the Rev. Erik Holleque officiating.

Visitation: Will be for an hour before the funeral service Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial: Maple Hill Cemetery, Hibbing.
